Can you buy Telegram Premium with crypto?
Yes, on Fragment, the marketplace Telegram runs for usernames, numbers, Stars and Premium. It takes GRAM (Toncoin's new name), TON, USDT and USDC from a TON wallet, quotes its list in dollars ($28.99 for a year on October 28, 2026) and shows the Gram amount beside it. It is the only crypto route Telegram runs; a bot or site that takes crypto "for Premium" outside Fragment is a reseller.
Is cheap or discounted Telegram Premium safe?
Usually not. Telegram has no promo codes; its discounts are the yearly plan, @PremiumBot and prepaid gifts, and none of them comes from a third party. What the "cheap Premium" offers really are:
- "Log in and we'll activate it." A seller who asks for your login code, 2FA password or a QR scan is taking over your account. No legitimate seller needs either.
- Premium "for a year" far under $28.99. The cheapest year anyone can buy from Telegram is on Fragment, so a lower price is a seller covering a cost you can't see, or one who never delivers.
- Key and gift-card shops. Telegram sells no activation keys: Premium lands on your account directly or as a gift. These shops resell a gift bought elsewhere, at a markup, and you depend on the seller to deliver it.
