Telegram doesn't run Black Friday sales. In November 2025 it announced no discount on Stars or Premium, and as of 2 October 2026 it has announced none for this year. The savings that are real last all year: @PremiumBot and yearly Premium plans are discounted, and bigger Stars packs cost less per Star.
Is there a Telegram Black Friday sale in 2026?
Not as of 2 October 2026. Telegram announces changes on its blog, and its posts around Black Friday 2025 covered live stories and gift auctions (19 November) and gift purchase offers (12 December), with no sale. If Telegram announces one, it will be on telegram.org, not in a DM or an unknown bot. We'll update this page in the week before Black Friday, 27 November 2026.

Are "Black Friday Stars" bots a scam?
Treat them as one. Telegram sells Stars in the app, through @PremiumBot and on Fragment, and it doesn't sell them at a holiday markdown. A bot or channel offering Stars at half price is either breaking Telegram's rule against reselling Stars, or taking your money and sending nothing. The usual signs:
- It wants payment by card or crypto outside Telegram's own checkout.
- It asks you to log in, share a code or send a gift first.
- The offer reaches you in a DM, with a countdown.

Is Black Friday a good time to gift Premium?
The price is the same as any other week, but a yearly gift is the cheapest per month, and it lands before the December holidays. The steps are in How to Gift Telegram Premium.
